1. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ALL-INCLUSIVE BOAT RENTAL?
OUR ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICE INCLUDES THE BOAT RENTAL, FUEL, PROFESSIONAL CAPTAIN, DRINKS AND SNACKS ON BOARD, PADDLE BOARDS, AND WATER TOYS.
2. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS ON BOARD?
OUR TOURS INCLUDE FOOD AND DRINKS, BUT YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING YOUR OWN IF YOU PREFER.
3. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION UP TO 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE A FULL DEPOSIT REFUND. IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
4. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SAILING?
SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY. IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER, WE CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR RESERVATION FOR ANOTHER DATE. IF RESCHEDULING IS NOT POSSIBLE, WE WILL CANCEL THE TOUR AND REFUND YOUR PAYMENT.
5. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE ON BOARD?
THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 6 PEOPLE PLUS THE CAPTAIN.
6. HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
YOU CAN EASILY BOOK THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, BY PHONE, WHATSAPP, OR EMAIL. WE RECOMMEND BOOKING IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY, ESPECIALLY DURING HIGH SEASON.
7. WHAT SHOULD I BRING ON THE DAY OF THE RENTAL?
WE RECOMMEND BRINGING COMFORTABLE CLOTHING, SWIMWEAR, SUNSCREEN, SUNGLASSES, AND A TOWEL. WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING ELSE!
